Offer terms
- The offers apply to orders placed on roasterlab.com.tr during the launch period.
- For free shipping and the coupon, the basket value is the product total before any offer discounts (shipping excluded). Shipping is free on orders of ₺700 or more, otherwise a flat ₺120.
- The Turkish coffee + Honduras Tutule discount applies to each Turkish coffee–Honduras Tutule pair; both bags of a pair are 20% off.
- The 2nd-bag discount applies to one of every two bags of the same coffee (the 2nd, 4th, 6th … bag); different grinds of the same coffee count as the same coffee. It does not apply to equipment.
- A bag gets only one bag discount at a time; your basket is matched in the way that saves you the most.
- The LANSMAN300 coupon takes ₺300 off baskets of ₺1,500 or more, can be used once per customer (e-mail address) and works together with the other offers. It cannot exceed the product total and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All discounts are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay; the amount you pay is the one on the card payment page.
- If a product is returned, the refund is the discounted amount paid for it in that order.
- Roaster Lab may change or end the offers; every order is priced with the terms in force when it is placed.
Questions
Can I combine the offers?
Yes. Free shipping, the pair, the 2nd-bag discount and the LANSMAN300 coupon all work together in one order. The only rule is that a bag gets one bag discount; your basket is matched in the way that saves you the most.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
Type LANSMAN300 in the "Coupon code" field in your basket or at checkout and press Apply. The "Apply to basket" button on this page adds it for you too.
How is the free-shipping threshold worked out?
We look at the product total before discounts. Two bags of Turkish coffee (₺720) still ship free even though the 2nd-bag discount brings them to ₺648.
Does the 2nd-bag discount apply to equipment?
No, the 2nd-bag discount is for coffee only. Equipment counts toward free shipping and the coupon threshold, and the coupon works on baskets with equipment.
Can I use the coupon twice?
No, LANSMAN300 can be used once per e-mail address. The other offers apply to every order.
How long do the offers run?
Throughout the launch period. We post any changes on this page and in the bar at the top of the site.
