Why every month
Small lots, limited amounts
Specialty coffee follows the harvest. Every lot comes from a particular farm or area and a particular season, and there is only so much of it. So instead of a fixed shelf we choose two coffees each month and introduce each one with its producer, region, variety, process, altitude and cupping score.
When a coffee sells out we do not stretch it; we choose a new one. Join our newsletter to be among the first to hear when new coffees arrive.
